Lumenii, originally called HFMtalentindex was started in South Africa in 2015, as a local subsidiary of one of Europe’s leading assessment technology providers.

In early 2020, Lumenii was spun out into a 100% South African owned company. This gave us the opportunity to pursue a more favourable B-BBEE status to formally recognise our commitments to diversity and transformation. 

Since 2020, Lumenii has been committed to improving our B-BBEE status year on year, moving to Level 2 in 2022 and Level 1 in 2023. The strategies we have implemented to prioritise empowerment and diversity include:

We believe that true transformation starts at the top. Diversity, inclusion and transformation are embedded in the culture and values of Lumenii and role modelled by our leadership team.

2. Upskilling and training

We have invested in comprehensive training and skills development programs, equipping our employees with the tools they need to excel in their roles. By nurturing talent from within, we are ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce that drives innovation and Agility. We also invest in internships and traineeships, where people are provided with new opportunities, formal training and on-the-job experience.

3. Supplier Diversity
