Measures being taken against the Coronavirus

On March 15, 2020, the South African government declared a national state of disaster as well as a range of measures to further delay the spread of the novel coronavirus. In line with these measures, as well as those of our international counterparts, Lumenii has adopted the following protocol to continue to serve our customers in a safe and adequate manner:

Online Assessments

Since most of our services are online, nothing will change for you. As always, our platform and assessments remain available to our customers, 24/7.

Accessibility

All Lumenii employees are equipped to work from home and remain available via telephone and email from Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Certification Training

We have developed online training modules in which multiple candidates can participate. If you have already planned a training, we will contact you to discuss the online option. If you would like to know more, please contact us.

Meetings

Meetings will be conducted via telephone or videoconferencing. Our employees are equipped with the necessary tools to ensure that appointments run smoothly. Your Lumenii contact person will inform you about the various options available.
